Recipe:

  1. Prepare the broccoli: Cut the edible parts of the broccoli.
  2. Steam the broccoli: Turn on the stove to high heat, add a full glass of water, and cover. Cook for around 14 minutes.
  3. Check doneness: Once the water evaporates, test a piece. If ready, turn off the heat.
  4. Optional step for more flavor: Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden, add anchovies and capers, then return the broccoli for 30 seconds.
  5. Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
