Recipe:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by peeling the garlic. Place the chopped tomatoes in a bowl with some salt and squeeze them.
  2. Preheat Oven: Heat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
  3. Toast Bread: When the oven is ready, add the bread and cook for 1.5 minutes. After that, flip the bread to toast the other side.
  4. Prepare Mozzarella: While the bread is toasting, cut the mozzarella into tiny pieces.
  5. Assemble Toppings: Once the bread is ready, grate the garlic and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes. Mix in the tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive oil, a little oregano, and grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake Bruschette: Place everything back in the oven for an additional 3 minutes.
  7. Serve: After 3 minutes, your bruschette is ready! You can add any type of dressing you want, such as ham or salami. Enjoy your meal!
