Recipe:
1. Prepare ingredients: Peel garlic and ginger, then grate them. Add some chili, sunflower oil, and mix everything together.
2. Cut chicken: Cut boneless chicken into smaller pieces.
3. Boil rice: When the water starts boiling, add salt and rice. Cook the rice like pasta.
4. Heat oil: Turn the stove to high heat. Add a generous amount of sunflower oil. Once really hot, add the chicken pieces, ensuring they all make contact with the pan.
5. Cook chicken: Cook the chicken for a total of 9 minutes. Flip it after 5 minutes and season with salt.
6. Set chicken aside: After 9 minutes, the chicken is ready. Set it aside.
7. Make curry base: In a large pan or pot, add the garlic, ginger, and oil mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder and the liquid from the chicken.
8. Add coconut milk: Mix everything together and, when it becomes golden, add coconut milk and cooking cream. Close the lid and let it cook for 8 minutes until it condenses.
9. Combine chicken and curry: After 8 minutes, add salt and pepper, then the chicken. Stir everything together every 2 minutes, allowing it to cook for another 10 minutes until the liquid becomes creamy.
10. Serve: Stir the chicken curry together with the rice. Enjoy your delicious chicken curry!
