Recipe:
1. Prepare chicken: Cut the boneless chicken into 5 cm pieces.
2. Heat oil: Turn on the stove to high heat. Add some olive oil, and when it’s really hot, add the chicken.
3. Cook chicken: Ensure all chicken pieces make contact with the pan. Season immediately with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for a total of 12 minutes, flipping it after about 6 minutes when a nice orange crust forms.
4. Add flavor: After flipping, add some capers. Squeeze one whole lemon to obtain the juice and add less than half a glass of white wine.
5. Make sauce: 10 minutes from the start or 2 minutes before the end, add cold butter covered in flour to the pan to help form a tasty sauce. Add less than half a glass of water and let everything condense.
6. Garnish: If available, grate some lemon zest and add it along with parsley.
7. Serve: Your lemon chicken is ready! Enjoy!
