Recipe:
- Heat the pan: Turn on the stove to high heat and add some butter.
- Prepare the garlic: Cut the garlic and add it to the pan. Cook until it becomes golden.
- Add the fish: Once the garlic is golden, add the fish fillets along with some salt and pepper. Let it cook for 4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and olives: After 2 minutes, add halved cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives to the pan.
- Flip the fish: After 4 minutes of cooking, flip the fish fillets to the other side and let them cook for another 4 minutes.
- Deglaze with wine: Immediately add some white wine and butter covered in flour. Keep the stove on high heat to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
- Finish cooking: After the fish is cooked, turn off the stove, add some parsley, and cover the pan with a lid for 2 minutes to let the fish rest.
- Serve: Your healthy fish meal is ready to enjoy!
