Recipe:
1. Prepare ingredients: Cut zucchini and cherry tomatoes into cubes. Clean the shrimps (frozen, pre-cleaned ones are recommended). Slice garlic and parsley.
2. Cook zucchini: Turn on the stove to high heat. Add olive oil and the cut garlic to the pan, followed by the zucchini. Add a little water and cover with a lid. Cook the zucchini for a total of 8 minutes.
3. Blend zucchini: After 8 minutes, when the zucchini are cooked, blend them together with some salt, pepper, and Parmesan to form a cream.
4. Cook shrimp: In a separate pan, turn the stove to high heat, add olive oil and garlic. When the garlic starts to become golden, add the shrimps along with salt and pepper. Let the shrimps cook for 4 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes and wine: After 4 minutes, add cherry tomatoes and half a glass of wine. Let the alcohol evaporate for a total of 2 minutes.
6. Combine: Turn off the stove and add a little parsley. When the pasta is ready, add it to the shrimp mixture along with some olive oil and the zucchini cream.
7. Serve: Mix everything together, adding some fresh parsley for better taste. Enjoy your pasta with shrimps!
