Recipe:
- Heat the flatbread: Turn on the stove to high heat and place the piadina flatbread directly on the pan. Let it warm for about 1 minute until it gets hot, then flip it.
- Add the cheese: Once flipped, spread your choice of creamy cheese onto the hot side of the piadina. In this recipe, Stracchino cheese is used, but feel free to substitute it with any creamy cheese you prefer.
- Add the ham: Right after spreading the cheese, you can layer on ham or prosciutto, depending on your taste.
- Fold and cook: Fold the piadina in half to cover the fillings, and after about 30 seconds, flip it again to ensure it’s heated through evenly.
- Serve: After flipping, remove the piadina from the heat. Your quick and easy snack is ready in just 3 minutes!
