Recipe:

1. Prepare ingredients: Gather pork, ham, cheese, grated Parmesan, butter, olive oil, and parsley.

2. Heat pan: Turn the stove to high heat. Add a piece of butter and some olive oil to the pan.

3. Cook pork: Once the pan is hot, add the pork and cook for 3 minutes on one side.

4. Season and flip: After 3 minutes, flip the pork, season with salt and pepper, and add the main ingredients: ham, cheese, and a little grated Parmesan.

5. Cook on the other side: Cook for another 3 minutes on the second side.

6. Make sauce: After cooking, close the lid for 2 minutes. Then add some butter covered in flour to the pan to make the sauce. If needed, add a little bit of water.

7. Finish cooking: After 1 minute, the meat should be ready.

8. Add parsley: Finish the sauce by adding a little bit of parsley and let it cook for 30 seconds.

9. Serve: Pour the sauce over the pork and enjoy!
