Recipe:

  1. Heat the pan: Start by heating a pan on medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter, depending on your preference.
  2. Add the eggs: Once the pan is hot, remove it from the heat and crack the eggs directly into the pan.
  3. Cook the eggs: Place the pan back on medium or low heat and begin stirring the eggs immediately. For soft, creamy scrambled eggs, cook for about 30 seconds. If you prefer them more cooked, leave them on for an additional 15 seconds.
  4. Season: Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
