Remainder: before starting cooking, you should have ready the blended onions. You can find the video in the “All meals” section on down below.
Recipe:
1. Prepare ingredients: Start by cutting bread into small cubes and soaking it in milk. Prepare blended onions (you can find the video below or in the meal section).
2. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, add ground beef, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan, and two eggs. If the bread has absorbed all the milk, add a little more. Mash it into smaller pieces and squeeze any remaining milk into the mixture.
3. Combine: Mix everything together, then add the blended onions and parsley. Mix again.
4. Form meatballs: Lightly oil your hands to make it easier to form the meatballs, ensuring they are all the same size for even cooking.
5. Cook meatballs: Turn on the stove to high heat and add oil. Once hot, add the meatballs, cooking for a total of 12 minutes. Cook one side for 4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip them. Cover with a lid and cook for another 4 minutes.
6. Finish cooking: After 4 minutes, flip the meatballs again and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
7. Serve: Once cooked, enjoy the meatballs with some tomato sauce (recipe available in the meal section).
