Reminder: fror this recipe you need to have ready the “Blended Onions” and “Tomato Sauce”. You can find them in the “All meals” sections or down below.
You can make them also simultaneously, but it takes a little bit more agility.
Recipe:
1. Prepare ingredients: Have blended onions ready. Cut bread into small cubes and soak in milk.
2. Make meatball mixture: In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese, and two eggs.
3. Add parsley: Chop parsley into tiny pieces and mix it into the meatball mixture.
4. Combine bread and milk: If the bread has absorbed all the milk, add a little more, mash it into smaller pieces, squeeze out the remaining milk, and add it to the mixture.
5. Mix thoroughly: Combine all ingredients in the bowl, including the blended onions and parsley.
6. Shape meatballs: Lightly oil your hands and form the mixture into meatballs of uniform size.
7. Cook meatballs: Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add meatballs and cook for a total of 10 minutes, shaking the pan every 2 minutes for even cooking.
8. Heat sauce: While waiting for the meatballs, heat the tomato sauce in a separate pan.
9. Boil pasta: Put water on to boil for the pasta.
10. Cook spaghetti: Once the water is boiling, add spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes, depending on the type of pasta.
11. Combine: Once the pasta is ready, add it to the sauce along with the meatballs. Mix everything together.
12. Serve: Top with grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
