This a preparation that will be extremely useful in a plenty of meals. It’s really easy and you can memorize it in just few minutes.
Recipe:
- Prepare Onions: Peel and chop the onions.
- Cook Onions: Turn on the stove to low heat, add some oil, and when the pan is hot, add the chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Close the lid.
- Stir Occasionally: Mix the onions every minute to prevent burning. Cook for a total of 7 minutes.
- Add Water: When the onions are slightly golden, add half a glass of water and close the lid.
- Evaporate Water: Once the water evaporates, add another half glass of water and close the lid again.
- Final Cooking: After another 7 minutes, when the onions are soft and slightly golden, turn off the heat and blend the onions until they have a creamy texture.
